फिल्म ने पहले सप्ताह में ₹215.6 करोड़ का कलेक्शन किया, जिसमें हिंदी संस्करण का योगदान भी काफी मजबूत रहा। दूसरे हफ्ते में फिल्म ने ₹27.5 करोड़ का कारोबार किया, जिसमें सबसे अधिक कमाई रविवार को हुई। अनुमान है कि फिल्म भारत में लगभग ₹350 करोड़ का सकल कारोबार कर सकती है। "देवरा" का दूसरा भाग रिलीज़ के लिए तैयार है और फिल्म को राजिनीकांत की "वेट्टैयन" से कड़ी टक्कर मिल सकती है, जो जल्द ही सिनेमाघरों में आने वाली है। हालांकि, इस फिल्म की अब तक की सफलता से इसके निर्माता काफी उत्साहित हैं और इसके आगे भी अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं।
